Our competitive storage rates and secure facilities ensure that if you require storage of your belongings for any length of time, we can provide a second home for your precious goods.

Two convenient sizes
Our self storage facilities come in two convenient sizes:

Compact Size
3 metres x 3 metres x 2.5 high holding up to 22 cubic metres
(this approximates to an average 2 bedroom unit full)

$27.50 per week

Home Size
3 metres x 4 metres x 2.5high holding up to 32 cubic metres
(this approximates to an average 3 bedroom home)

$33.00 per week

Conditions of using our self storage facilities are:

1. Storage fees are to be paid 1 month in advance upon possession of vacant storage unit.

2. Storage fees are payable monthly in advance.

3. If your storage fee payments become 2 months in arrears the storage unit will be over-locked and further action may be taken as required.

4. Insurance of your goods can be arranged for 50 cents per $1000 value.

5. You must not store dangerous, illegal, environmentally harmful, perishable or explosive goods and it is our responsibility to protect against vermin within the storage space.

6. Your agreement for use of the storage facilities is extended automatically on a monthly basis until 30 days notice is given by either party.

7. You can access your storage unit during business hours or other times by prior arrangement. We want you to have the time to enjoy your new surroundings without the hassle of wondering if your precious household effects are ok.
